Quality control
As regards the quality management, S.C. Valmedica has been ISO 9001:2001 certified since 2007.
All importation and national distribution activities concerning pharmaceutical products are carried out while observing the main regulatory requirement: Order No 892/2006 of the Public Health Ministry (MSP) Rules of good practice for the wholesale distribution of pharmaceutical products.
The coordination of the activity in the field of quality is provided by specialist staff, both in pharmaceutical warehouses, in accordance with the MSP and the ANM requirements, with a qualified person-pharmacist, and at the organisation level, with the Quality Management Representative (QMR).
The process of continuous maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) is one of the main targets of the S.C. Valmedica S.A. quality policy.

**Pharmacist Responsible for Quality Supervision qualified person responsible for the entire quality-related activity, both in the central warehouse and the regional warehouses, in accordance with the MSP and ANM regulations, the Order No 892/2006, as the main ISO 9001:2001 requirement.
