MARKET RESEARCH
The commercial department collects on a daily basis the essential data in the pharmaceutical market (sales, prices, quantity and quality, competitor promotion, PR actions etc.) which are then compared to the data provided by market research companies specialised in the field.
The central management analyzes the data and draws conclusions underlying the strategies and the action plans on commercial, marketing and promotion activities.
Of course, these strategies and plans are permanently discussed and analyzed together with our partners.
PRODUCT REGISTRATION
The company has a department dedicated to registrations and regulatory affairs, dealing with everything connected to those issues.
The documents are processed quickly and in a professional manner, making the procedure as short as possible.
The registrations are made on behalf of the manufacturing company, who will own the marketing authorisation in Romania.
MARKETING AND PROMOTION
Valmedica provides well-trained professionals for the services supplied to our partners. Our company ensures on a daily basis the distribution to its 2500 customers spread over the entire Romanian territory.
The interval between a customer order and the actual provision does not exceed 6 hours. In particular cases, it decreases to 2 hours.
The orders are taken permanently and directed to the invoicing office through tele-sales, customer calls or visits of sales agents to pharmacies or hospitals.
The main distribution strategy is to maintain a network of loyal high quality customers.
